On the 3th and 4th of March, Greenbook organized the Insight Innovation eXchange (IIeX) in Amsterdam. IIeX is a global event series which is part of the Insight Innovation platform. Martijn Lampert, Research director at Motivaction gave a presentation on the 3th of March about Millennials

Millennial consumers around the world are more than two billion strong. They will determine the success or failure of brands in the coming years. This new generation is changing the rules of the game in all consumer markets. In order to ensure future growth, multinational brands not only need to hit the sweet spot between their brand positioning and Millennial values but also use the right persuasion tactics in campaigning and brand activations.
Presentation: Grow Your Brand by Hitting the Millennial Sweet Spot
During the presentation, Motivaction addressed questions such as: “Which values segments are present among Millennials?” ‘’How to find the sweet spot with your brand?’’ and “How to activate Millennials in different world regions?” Lampert presented fresh insights and implications for marketing and communications, based on the second wave of the Glocalities survey in 24 major economies.
